Where the data comes from
Every record we send is public information published by local government. Orleans Parish permits
come from the City of New Orleans open-data portal (dataset rcm3-fn58);
East Baton Rouge from the City of Baton Rouge portal (7fq7-8j7r). We don't
buy lists, scrape private sites, or resell anyone's customer data.
One thing we ask of subscribers: property owner names are public record, but
phone outreach is regulated. If you call, you are responsible for scrubbing against the Do Not Call
registry first. Mail and door-knocking aren't restricted the same way.
